Depending on the nature of the case, I offer an hourly rate or a flat rate which may vary depending on the nature of the file. I keep detailed log of the time I spend on your case. I count in ten minute increments and work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon the closing of a case. I only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be over billed for unproductive time. Clients will be invoiced on a monthly basis and final bills will include costs for photocopies, filing, postage, and other costs accumulated over the course of the file.
The first 30 minutes of any initial consultation is FREE.
